Serves meat, vegan options available. An all gluten free and all dairy free facility. Uses only products from seasonal, local and conscious minded growers/distributors. Menu is 50% vegan/vegetarian and 50% paleo. Menu changes daily; all food is made-in-house. Options include quinoa crusted pizza w/ cashew ricotta, cauliflower smash, lentils, live lasagna w/ butternut squash, Asian buckwheat soba noodles, brown rice spring rolls and others. Raw sour creams available. Open Mon 9:00am-9:00pm, Mon 10:00am-5:30pm, Tue-Wed 10:00am-4:00pm, Thu 10:00am-5:30pm, Fri 10:00am-4:00pm.
