Cute place - grabbed breakfast! - Edit

Was in Waterloo for work and needed a healthy breakfast place. Had the tofu scramble with quinoa cake. It was good, serving size was on the smaller side but everything was tasty. I would definitely come back!

Amazing Food - Wonderful staff - Edit

My friends and I enjoy eating at the Healthy Owl about once a week. The food is always fresh, tastes authentically homemade (just the right amount of salt) and there is a wide variety of healthy, homemade options on the menu. The staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the products they offer. It's a small restaurant with a "homey" feel, offering fresh jugs of water and samples to customers. This is a wonderful restaurant for vegans or vegetarians as there are a variety of homemade and healthy options. This is definitely a hidden gem in Waterloo.

Pros: Authentic homemade taste, vegan/vegetarian varieties, clean/welcoming environment
