Food items include a blackened tofu wrap, veggie wrap made with vegenaise, vegan chik'n salad wrap made with TVP, and deli salads. Also made-to-order items including a vegetarian breakfast wrap, smoothies and wheatgrass shots. Open Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm, Sat 9:00am-4:30pm.

Oh yeah! - Edit
This deli is mostly vegan. (ie) Of 12 wraps, 7 are vegan and 2 are vegetarian. Of 8 sandwiches, 4 are vegan. Then there is a build-your-own menu.
It is take-out only, situated inside The Healthy Grocer grocery store. They have a hot bar and a coffee bar, juice bar and smoothie bar. Also available are made-to-go sandwiches, vegan lasagna, tofu steak, just to name a few.
I went in for a simple meal and left with four.
You can also order online for pickup or delivery. Too bad I live 20 miles away.
Pros: Vegan options outnumber all else, Choices / Variety
Cons: Take-out only, Limited to daytime hours
