A 100% vegetarian/vegan health food shop and complete holistic center. Shop sells a large range of foods including made-in-house raw, vegan items plus custom ordering is available. Smoothies, juices, raw vegan cheesecakes (wheat, dairy, refined sugar free), selection of bars, brownies and biscuits as well as a range of nuts, seeds and dried fruits, shampoos, organic natural skincare and handmade soaps. Vegetarian and often raw and vegan supplements. Stocks Superfoodies products (from raw cacao to wheatgrass, etc). Holistic therapies include yoga, pilates, reflexology, therapeutic drumming, Reiki, hypnotherapy and more. Check with them to see when raw food workshops and evening events are available. Open Mon 9:00am-5:00pm, Tue 10:00am-5:00pm, Wed 9:00am-6:30pm, Thu-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm, Sat 10:00am-4:00pm. Closed Sun.

Health shop with a wide range of high quality nutritional products and a very good range of food. Nearly everything is vegan/ vegetarian.
This is a holistic centre offering a wide variety of therapies - to include Reiki, Reflexology, Homeopathy and Yoga
Pros: easy parking to the rear of the property
