Vegan in Sussex (little bedwyn)

This normally non-vegan restaurant not only prepared a very high end 6 course tasting menu for me (with advance notice) the chef and his wife, ensured that the wine tasting menu would also be vegan. The staff took my service as seriously as any other diner and my non-vegan friends marveled at the professional way a vegan meal could be presented and enjoyed!!
For a starter I was given a watermelon and ginger gazpacho followed by among other dishes, a thai spiced quinoa, cauliflower couscous and thai herbs pumpkin crisps then a Tarka dhal and onion Bhaji, mango and Lime chutney and pistachio chutney and a fantastic chocolates finale as my dessert.

Pros: Professional, Elegant, Excellent service

Cons: Out in the middle of nowhere but worth finding
