Brownies yummy not their other vegan items - Edit
I've been a few times, and their vegan brownies are yummy. The vegan cupcakes and muffins are horrible. They are dense and pretty flavorless. They both have the consistency of being stale. I tried them 2x and decided I wouldn't waste my $$ on those again.*UPDATE* I ordered their vegan cinnamon rolls. I thought when I set up a time to pick them up, they were going to be fresh. They weren't. They were very hard. When I got home I heated it up and I didn't like them at all. The cinnamon mixture was sandy. The dough also seemed sandy. So much $$ to be unhappy. After this I won't be back.

Their homemade chocolate chip cookies hit the spot. First time I’ve found great vegan ones that I didn’t have to bake myself. Will definitely be back!

Sweetness to go - Edit
Relatives recently brought us a yummy collection of Happy Mixer vegan desserts. We especially enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin muffin. There were also chocolate and vanilla cupcakes our kids loved. All their desserts are gluten-free. This would be a great option to bring to a party. Make sure you bring enough for the omnivores because they are going to want to eat them up too!

Good for the area - Edit
While The Happy Mixer's vegan cakes are good for this area, compared to other vegan bakeries their cakes are sub-par. I'm not gluten-free so I can't compare to other gluten-free options. The cakes are overly sweet and not particularly well balanced in terms of flavor. They do a great job decorating though! I've used them for several large birthday cakes.
