Nice place with fresh vegan food

We were there after 3-day Uyuni-trip waiting for the airport taxi. My husband has a vegan empanada and I had a vegan burger with homemade fries. It was both good and not this normal stuff. Also it was with fresh ingredients and made freshly. The service was friendly and fast. And it was in opposite to our tour-agency. The interior is dark and modern, good music. We didn’t suspect such a place in Uyuni.
