Great Vegan-Friendly Find! - Edit
We stopped in Lone Pine and were pleasantly surprised by the vegan options at The Grill. While not a vegan restaurant, they offer several plant-based choices that made it easy for us to enjoy a decent meal.
Read moreMy hubby and I both ordered the vegan burgers—Impossible or Beyond (we’re not sure which)—and they were great! I opted for mine lettuce-wrapped since the bun isn’t vegan, and I appreciated that the menu clearly stated this option. The burgers came with avocado, which always makes me happy. My husband, who’s usually picky about fries, was seriously impressed with theirs—crispy, flavorful, and not overly greasy. High praise from someone who usually only likes fries in France!
There were other clearly labeled options, including a veggie burger (in addition to the vegan burger), veggie wraps, a Mediterranean veggie pita, and salads with mixed greens, quinoa, and seasonal veggies. The menu felt inclusive and thoughtful for vegetarians and vegans alike - especially for a small town.
Our server was really warm and friendly, and the restaurant itself was clean, relaxed, and comfortable. A great stop if you're traveling through the area and looking for vegan-friendly food.

Not Vegan Friendly - Edit
Driving through Lone Pine decided to check this place out as per Happy Cow stating there is a Vegan burger option as well as pasta. This is not true.
Read moreUnless you are eating low carb, there is no bun as it contains dairy and eggs. Not accommodating at all.
Cons: Labels burger as Vegan when the bread is not.
