Great Vegetarian Options - Edit
My wife and I were referred to the Grill at the Bear Hotel by our B&B hosts. While the menu is loaded with meaty things, their vegetarian options (regular menu and specials) are worth stopping to try. We had the two regular menu items on our first visit: a roasted vegetable tart (vegan) and the baked Mediterranean vegetable stack. Both were excellent. There was also a vegetarian special and a vegie soup that we didn't try. We returned again and had very yummy vegetarian soups (leek and carrot) and delicious deserts. All ingredients were fresh and the presentation was nice. The atmosphere in the Grill is casual, and the pub is just up the stairs. Enjoy.
