Excellent tasty Turkish food

Reply excellent food. Lots of veg options. Reasonably priced for the quality

A great option

We had a lovely meal here on holiday! It’s hard to find vegan options in Thirsk and this restaurant was recommended by our cottage owner. It’s a popular venue so we phoned ahead to book a table! We had a meze platter to start - which they adapted to have two vegan options of hummus and a aubergine based dish (my non vegan family enjoyed the spread - lots of cheesy things for vegetarians as well) I had Sebzeli Guvec for my main which was made vegan by substituting the rice for chips and the cheese for vegan cheese. It’s essentially a vegetable casserole and was very yummy. The staff were lovely and as everything was made to order were happy to adjust items to suit me. If they had a few more options I would have given 5 stars!
