The Greenhouse has a wonderful atmosphere (friendly staff and great music!) and it is filled with tasty vegan food. I had the full English which was delicious as well as a rocky road slice and chocolate hobnob oat biscuit which were also both very delicious! Can't wait to return and try the rest of the menu.

Scruffy workers (especially waiter), unclean restaurant and slack staff - Edit
Just left after over 5 minutes of waiting. Trying to get eye contact many of times, didn’t work. Turned my body to him countless times. Still ignored. Made it known I’m ready! Also my partner had to clean where we sat. As their were crumbs. Only thing he said when entering “you can only sit on those none reserved tables” good chat…as he didn’t say anything after it. Wasn’t friendly at all. I give it one star here, not two as this app is forcing me. Needs massive improvement.

We love the Greenhouse - the only downside being having to choose something to eat off a menu where everything caters for you and is delicious. Great place for lunch and coffee/treats. Dinner fabulous too. The chef is a magician. We still can't work out how he makes his 'fish' n chips! Highly recommended.

This place has been on my wish list for months and I’m so happy to finally be able to visit! The staff are excellent and the food is out of this world. We visited for lunch and are committed to returning to try the breakfast, brunch and dinner options. See you soon!

On way to a party down south: stopped off for a yummy vegan lunch. Lots to choose from, and we even bought a dessert to take away for the road, too. Friendly staff, if perhaps slightly overworked.

Lovely find serving delicious food that vegans and non-vegans would be happy to try. I don't really have sweet thing but tried the brownies as was shook... they were that good. Collection order was quick, food was fresh and they had great customer service. Highly recommend!

This place is good. A wide range to choose from including pizza, Katsu curry, and a fish finger sandwich. I had the coronation chickpea sandwich and it was crazy good!
Read moreOrdering system could be clearer. When we entered we didn’t know whether we should take a seat, wait to be seated, order at the counter, wait to be served etc.
Also, the ventilation system needs and overhaul as we all left smelling really strongly of deep frying.

Massively enjoyable three course meal for him indoors birthday. He described it as the best meal we've had outside our own kitchen (he had to say that as I do all the cooking and he'd starve 😂😂).

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at The Greenhouse. The portion sizes were just right - not too big and not too small. Our drinks were also great (a hot chocolate and a mocha, both with oat milk) and really frothy! Most of the menu is suitable for vegans so we felt very welcome. It is great to see a place like this doing so well in an area that doesn't have many vegan/vegetarian options. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was great. The food and drinks are also very reasonably priced - two full breakfasts and two hot drinks for £20. We are used to paying closer to £30, so that was a nice surprise! Thank you for a great experience. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area!

Nice little place, found by chance. Newly opened and is mostly vegan. We went for the cauliflower fritters, seitan steak, mushroom tagliatelle then sicky toffee pudding and chocolate brownie for dessert. All really tasty and presented well. Really good value for money too. Staff friendly. Also does breakfast and a sunday roast.

The cakes are to die for so yummy. Lots of choice for lunch and dinner. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is fresh and delicious. Pretty much the whole menu is vegan other than the Pizza which you can make vegan anyway. Great opening hours. Offers take away all in eco friendly packaging.
