Their market also stocks plant-based cheese and meats, condiments, desserts, produce and grocery items, and locally made vegan products. Black owned, woman owned. Confirmed closed, July '22.

I love everything at the Greener Kitchen. They make their own plant-based meats, cheeses, sauces, and dressings. Staff is friendly and attentive. Superb cafe!

Absolutely loved this place! It's a small little cafe style place. I got the fried chicken sandwich, with curly fries, and a half/half drink. The food was very well seasoned and had great texture too.
Read moreMost surprising is how low the prices were compared to other vegan restaurants in the DMV area. They even allow you to do combos which also save you some money.
While the menu is slightly small, it's more than enough and would definitely go again!

I just drove up from DC and stopped in here. The cheesesteak with the works is fantastic, the recommended coleslaw is really good. Fast. Delicious. Full vegan. I’ll be back!

my first time ordering from greener kitchen! so of course i had to get a lil bit of everything! i ordered the buffalo wings with blue cheese, kale salad, cheese steak, and bbq pulled pork sandwich with slaw. everything was amazing!! i was blown away by the pulled pork sandwich and kale salad they were unbelievably delicious! i cant wait to try more items so freaking good!

Outstanding service and great food! - Edit
Every time I walk into Greener Kitchen, I'm greeted with a warm smile and a cheery hello! The people who work there put so much into the business and provide excellent customer service. Not to mention, their food is delicious! I definitely recommend their chocolate chip cookies as a yummy treat, and I always make sure to pick up a package of their vegan cheese when I'm there.

I love places like this. Plant-based cafe, no frills, people who care about the food they serve. Had the ‘cheesesteak’ sub with side of chickpea salad and ice tea. Hit the spot, really nice and cheap! Only $5 for a sub on Fridays - not sure if that’s a permanent offer. Will likely go back in the evening before I leave Baltimore - the fryer is turned on then!

I had the Philly cheesesteak and the buffalo chikn cold cuts and it was amazing! super chilled restaurant in the middle of a what seems like abandoned part of Baltimore. Definitely a gem!

They have interesting hours (3pm-8pm Wed-Sat) but GO if you can! I have had several things including a fried chick’n & ranch sandwich, Philly cheesesteak, and pulled pork sandwich. All were delicious! The fried chick’n was amazing!

Fried chicken: texture and flavors are excellent
Buffalo chicken: same as Fried but with excellent buffalo yumminess

I LOVE this place & the individuals there. I went in this past Saturday and requested a XL order of their fried & buffalo chick’un, without giving them prior notice, for a get together we were hosting later that evening. The people there were so friendly and happy to work with me to make sure I got the amount I needed- and did so very quickly, despite being pretty busy!
Read moreMy husband and I were in last week as well and grabbed an order of the loaded fries and purchased some of their deli food including their pepper jack & cheddar cheese blocks, nacho cheese sauce, seitan and mayo. Everything we have tried is so delicious and the customer service cannot be beat. We live in Carroll County and will continue to drive to Baltimore regularly to support The Greener Kitchen!
