The Green Zen - Edit
I visited Rodney Bay for the day and was happy to find this restaurant open. It was quiet during the daytime, with the option of both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu offers plenty of choice, and the food is freshly prepared to order. There is a bit of a wait, but I didn’t mind at all while relaxing in the pleasant outdoor space. The food was pretty tasty, the staff were friendly, and overall it’s well worth a visit.

I was in Rodney Bay for 2 days. Unfortunately, I was not aware it was on a holiday weekend when most businesses were closed. Luckily for me, the Green Zen was open and fed me right.

The food itself was great. Lots of flavor and made to order. The portions were filling, and I found myself saving half my orders to eat later in the day.

We went on Saturday and that is the only day of the week they posted on the door that they were closed. So we went back on Sunday when the hours were from 12-8pm and they were still not open. I always want to support vegan restaurants and give good reviews but wasn’t given the chance

We went closer to closing time so they had run out of a few things. However, the available dishes were still delicious and fresh tasting. We got green juice & passionfruit juice, Zen Spaghetti, plantain fries and chickpea roti. For the plantain fries they offered their Zen guacamole as a dipping sauce and it was fantastic. Someone mentioned the loud music at the club next door. I enjoyed the music (mix of R&B, dancehall & afrobeats) the night that were were there so for me it was not an issue at all. It added to the vibe.

We were the only ones in for lunch and had our food in about 15 minutes. Flavourful and plenty of options. Even a smoothie bar outside.
Not even expensive considering how much we ate.

Excellent. Truly excellent food whether you're vegan or not. Both Mushrooms dishes were exceptional (The Wrap and Roti versions). The Zen Salad and iced teas were sooo flavoursome and tasty. Very highly recommend.

This is a must try! So delicious. I have the spaghetti with pea sauce and a slice of banana cheesecake. Exceeded my expectations on flavor. The cheesecake was out of this world good.
