Plenty of vegan options to choose from. I had the nachos and it was a decent portion size. Staff were lovely. Bit pricy though.

There were lots of options. We had the nachos, which were pretty good. I really liked the falafel burger but the quesadilla did not taste the best. It had a lot of veggies in it that we didn’t ask for and weren’t on the menu. The drinks were delicious and the staff was lovely.

Lots of vegan options but could be better - Edit
I liked that the vegan options were clearly labeled and there were so many options. I had the quesadilla and it wasn’t fantastic - seemed like a cooked frozen veggie mix with their house made cheese sauce. I barely had any cheese in my quesadilla too. Maybe some of the other dishes are better but this didn’t stand out for me.

This restaurant has a separate menu for vegetarians and vegans with plenty of options. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. The food was also yummy and decently priced in our opinion. All in all recommended!

We loved this restaurant and visited twice during our 4 night stay in the area. Restaurant had a good atmosphere Vegan items are clearly labelled and there's plenty of choice. Portion sizes are very generous. Vegan desserts were available too

We stopped in for dinner after a long day and were not disappointed! The food was all fresh, the portions huge, and they had really yummy smoothies as well. We had veggie burgers and the chifrijo vegano. The dessert, a vegan brownie with ice cream, was the only disappointment. It was more of a raw chocolate tart and the ice cream seemed old - there was a huge chunk of ice in the middle of it. Skip dessert and enjoy a great dinner!

Read moreI had the vegan quesadilla. The presentation was very good. The portion as well. The vegan cheese was on a base of coconut butter. The taste of coconut had become a bit too strong for me, since I don’t expect this in a quesadilla dish.

Went yesterday for lunch and got the vegan burger which was made of chickpeas. I had them add onions and I asked for jalapeños but they didn’t have any so he recommended their house made hot sauce to go along with it. It was amazing and super super spicy. The burger was great and they gave several dipping sauces along with the hot sauce (not shown). I also got the vegan brownie which had make of the consistency of a rough mousse. It was ok and the passion fruit ice cream that went with it was a bit weird tasting and left a lingering weird taste in my mouth. That being said, the passion fruit smoothie was incredible.

The restaurant has 2 menus, one with meat and one for vegetarian/vegan food. They have plenty and it's delicious. The bread is amazing (with hummus and the burger buns). Super friendly staff.

Lots of vegan options and clearly marked on the menu. Highly recommend the falafel pita. Pita bread was fresh and so yummy. Hubs got vegan pasta dish. Very good but oily. We ordered a side of white rice to enjoy the oily sauce left over. Highly recommend The Green Spoon as there are no all vegan restaurants in this area.

The vegan food options were clearly labelled and there was plenty to choose from. The portions are generous and everything was delicious. We would recommend the vegan burger, the tacos and the falafel pitta. The hummus was especially good. We were only in La Fortuna 2 days and we ate there twice it was so good. Also free WiFi.
