I ordered the vegan ham bagel because while we’re in Mexico I still feel like it’s hard to come by back home and something I hardly get. I love bagels and this was very rich with the salad as well. My husband got hot cakes and a quinoa bowl for my son, they brought out courtesy falafel because they saw him enjoying it so much. This restaurant is connected to an eco hotel. #Veganuary
