Fab find - Edit
Super welcoming place and friendly owner who is committed to keeping prices down so that people have a place to come to. Using local suppliers for the bakery. We had a vegan and gluten free empire biscuit to share and 2 coffees. Small seating area in the window bay.

Delicious & Great Value!!! - Edit
The breakfast bap with vegan sausage, haggis & scrambled tofu is AMAZING! I added one of the potato & leek hashbrowns to it which made it even better. Best hashbrowns ever and only £1 each. One of the best vegan/veggie cafes I have been to in terms of value for money, really reasonable prices & delicious food and coffee. Staff were also lovely. Highly highly recommend. There is limited seating, more of a takeaway spot.

A hidden gem! - Edit
We were visiting for a family funeral and had our dog with us. After the funeral we wanted to grab some lunch and snacks for the 3hr drive home, so glad we did! We waited in the cafe with with our dog and ordered the cauliflower wrap, the BLT and some cakes/drinks - all delicious YUM YUM YUM… I wish we lived closer. Possibly the best vegan wrap I’ve eaten!!

Delicous for a takeaway lunch - Edit
I love coming here. The owner is always so lovely and genuine and clearly works very hard.
Read moreThe sandwich toppings are delicious and it’s great to be able to pick up a breakfast roll on vegan scramble and sausage (very Scottish thing!)
Other breakfast options look great - porridge or a vegan shakshouka. Also sells a selection of snacks, cheeses and tinned juice.
I do recommend a baguette on: peanut butter, vegan haggis, vegan cheese, chill jam and dill pickles (optional) - sounds bizarre but really delicious I promise.
Pros: Build your own baguette/sandwich/roll, Lovely owner, Relatively cheap!

Quality food to go - Edit
The Green Goose offered a wide selection of breakfast options, sandwiches, salads, soups, topped potatoes, beverages, and sweet items to go.
Read moreI opted to crate my own sandwich, with brown sourdough bread, spicy tofu, humous, and a selection of vege with a tzatziki dressing. It was marvellous.
I look forward to trying more of their wide offering!

Dream vegan deli! - Edit
A perfectly curated selection of vegan (and veggie if you wish) snaffs. Everything is fresh and delicious, from hot rolls, homemade soups, bagels, interesting salads, vegan baking plus top teas and coffees. Deli selection available too. Family owned and run(lovely folks!), dog-friendly and priced so that you can easily pop in each day for something. Takeaway only but very close to Langside Halls and Queens Park for a seat or a walk.

Great value and good food - Edit
We visited on the 2nd of January on a very wet day searching for some vegan options so we were delighted to find this wee deli! It was great value for money - £3 for a breakfast roll that really hit the spot and £4.50 for a lovely fresh banh mi. I think we were less than £20 for both savoury options, 2 coffees and a dessert. The menu options all sounded great with a good number of vegan options. The vegan cherry scone was great and they put vegan skooshy cream and jam on it too. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the place had overall good vibes.

Cons: Not 100% vegan
