Didn’t love it, but maybe just wrong choice of dishes - Edit
Went there twice - first had a tofu burger, I specified vegan and without cheese, but I think they didn’t understand properly as they added mayo and also doubt the bread was vegan. Also, it was quite small. The noodle soup was quite boring. The girls speaks English and she’s really nice though. Probably I just got the wrong dishes😒There is a selection of specified vegan plates.

Big Vegie / vegan Menu - Edit
Das vegane Curry war super (Vorsicht, scharf)! Es gibt viele Optionen, auch zT bin Fleisch Gerichten, die vegan oder vegie umgestaltet werden konnten. ZT fehlen Zutaten, aber macht es auch authentisch.

Ok - Edit
We had a Tomato Salad (without Feta) and a curry. The tomato salad was just Tomatoes with some basil and bread. We would ask for avocado or something instead of the feta, but the communication with the waiter wasn’t easy. So we just had some green tomato slices for 2,5$...

Good, diverse food in a warm setting - Edit
I have eaten here twice with my partner. The first time I had a delicious slightly spicy tofu curry whilst my partner had tofu with noodles, which he also enjoyed. The second time we tried their veggie pizza which was a tasty american style pizza which outdid my expectations for the area. However you

I had meals at The Green Carrot many times, they have various options for vegan and vegetarian food. I recommend vegetable sandwich, fried mixed veges with Tofu. They really prepared their meals freshly with a great taste. I really enjoyed my meals there!!!

Depedendably good; very friendly - Edit
The Green Carrot is one of my regular lunch places. It’s very friendly, with good English being spoken, and it offers a good choice of vegan Khmer cuisine, alongside other more western dishes such as pizza, pasta and salad. The tofu and vegetable curry is particularly recommended: it’s very flavourful, and a good, light lunch option. There is a cocktail bar attached, and there are fresh juices and good coffee. The seating area, shaded by creepers, is very pleasant, affording intimacy while at the same time enabling you to observe street life. No MSG is used in the cooking, which is prepared fresh to order (so there might be a wait if the kitchen is busy). Be clear when you order that you wish to avoid dairy, otherwise you might end up with a mango shake rather than a juice. They deliver with orders over $5.
