Seriously Good Vegan Food - Edit
We went for the first time today and had the Philly cheesesteak and a bbq bowl, both of which were very tasty. Substituted the cilantro garlic aioli on the bbq and that was delicious. Good coffee too. We liked it so much that we ordered takeout to take home for dinner. They thoughtfully deconstructed the cheesesteak sandwich and the Void (seitan chicken patty on a roll) and put all of the amazing sauces, carmelized onions, and roasted peppers in little separate containers so that the bread wouldn’t get soggy. Just had those for dinner. So many great sounding things on the menu yet to try. We live over an hour away, but will definitely go back for more.

I'm glad I finally made it out here!! Everything I had was absolutely delicious and the staff was so nice!! Super cute interior. I sat at the window seat and read a book for a while. A dream ❤️ I had the Antique Rose Garden tea and the Bodega Sandwich from the specials menus, plus the gluten free brownie and pumpkin spice scone. All are some of the best food I've ever had, seriously.

Best vegan restaurant in Manchester! - Edit
I have been to The Green Beautiful several times and always leave full and happy. There is ample street parking. Along with great 100% vegan food they also serve delicious coffee and pastries. The Void is the best fake chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and checkout out this place when in the Queen City !

Great local place. Menu full of delicious vegan dishes. Many could be gluten free also! The sweet potato and beet hash was amazing and the GF Mac and cheese was awesome!

We ordered breakfast AND lunch because we couldn’t narrow our choices. The bbq hash plate was good, but the sandwiches were outstanding. The BAGELS are must try. The decor is cute and their potted plants are gorgeous.
Read moreThe restaurant has limited, cafe-style seating but we got there just before the lunch rush so we had plenty of options to sit. Street parking was a little confusing with so many signs saying different things but it was not an issue, we parked further up the block and walked back.
The only visible sign on the building (as seen from the street while driving) says “Pigeon’s Market” so keep your eyes peeled. The windows are clearly marked with “vegan cafe” but we missed it on the first drive by.
Pros: Open early for breakfast!, Very generous portions, Homemade chips!
Cons: Closes “early” so not a good dinner option, Street parking, A bit out of the way, in a neighborhood area

The staff is always so nice, the food is really yummy, and the customer service is good, too! What more could you ask for?! I'm so thankful for The Green Beautiful's made-from-scratch menu and their consistent quality on my go-to selection, the Philly Cheesesteak. I've tried 'The Void' which is a bit dense for my liking, but still tasty nonetheless. Love that they have an awesome bagel 'schmear' selection and lots of specialty drinks plus breakfast hash ... hey now!!

I love the food… My favorite meal was the cheezsteak w/ diced potatoes. I absolutely love the bodega breakfast sandwich. I turn it into a burger sided w/ diced potatoes. I love the rice krispies, cupcakes, and cookie sandwiches. I even work here as a cashier. I want to extend this place' hours.

Incredibly kind people work here and the food is incredible! I arrived after the kitchen closed at 3pm but was still able to order off of the coffee, bagel and baked goods menu. Me and my partner got the carrot lox bagel sandwich (out of this world!), orange scone, rice krispy treat, and strawberry matcha scone. Everything was delicious and beautiful. The coffee was one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time. I can’t wait to go back and try the breakfast and lunch menus!

After a slightly uneasy drive through the quiet residential neighborhood served by the Green Beautiful (whose hostess would later claim was in the process of being gentrified), my wife and I parked and entered the small vegan eatery. The hostess was very helpful, directing us to the vegan Mac & cheese on the menu after I’d asked what could be ordered oil free, and informing us about the eatery’s screening of Cowspiracy later that evening. My wife and I both ordered the mac & cheese with gluten free macaroni (I asked that the coconut ‘bacon bits’ be held on mine, as they were prepared in oil). We perched ourselves upon some stools at a high table that ran along the big eatery window looking out upon the neighborhood and were served promptly. The vegan Mac & cheese hit the spot on that cold January afternoon—the cashew cheddar was tasty and the chives added a zesty zing to an otherwise standard gustatory staple, although the dish was a little salty. (We skipped the showing of Cowspiracy, since I realized after a quick Google search that I’d already seen it.)

This is an amazing full-vegan food spot in Manchester, NH. I’ve tried a majority of the items on their menu, and they are all super great. My favorite menu item is the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, but their other sandwich options are all winners too. The Void, a fried chick’n sandwich, is also pretty magical (buffalo sauce can be added too). My non-vegan friend loved the cheesesteak as well. They also offer a few coffee drinks, and usually have some delicious baked goods available. The atmosphere is great, it’s a nice place to hang out.

This place is a hidden gem! My favorite is the sweet-beet. Seriously full bowl! The Cuban bowl, Philly cheese steak, and Mac & cheese were all yummy as well. Berkey-filtered water in a real glass was a bonus! So glad we stopped in on our way thru town!

Everything was soooo yummy again!!
I would say my faves are still the pulled shroom bbq and the fake steak % cheez tho but I like to mix it up !!!

My husband and I shared the Truffle hash and BBQ hash for breakfast with Chai Tea and Maple Cardamom Mocha. Soooo glad we did. Great place to relax and enjoy great food and service!
