Amazing food - Edit
Just back from a night at The Green Bear Guesthouse in Rhayader, mid Wales and cannot recommend it enough. Its fully vegan, dog friendly and run by a lovely couple who are passionate vegans. The food was amazing and the pictures don't do it justice.

This is a truly amazing place. The venue is beautiful outside and in, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated, and the hosts were friendly and professional throughout. As a place to stay, it's great.
Read moreThe star of the show is the food. Everything we ate was spectacular. Everything is vegan, but we're gluten-free too. Not only were we catered for, but this was some of the best food we've ever had, anywhere. The food was interesting, superbly presented and tasty. Everything was made that bit more special by little touches that most places would never dream of doing, but we truly appreciate the extra effort that elevated this into a fantastic dining experience. The passion of the chef to deliver amazing food truly shines through, and he delivered in spades. There's nothing we could have wanted that wasn't provided, and then some.
We can't get over the value of our stay there, and we've already booked to return as soon as we can.
