Good cakes - Edit
Really enjoyed the cookie pie (£4 for a huge slice) but it was the only vegan cake. The hot chocolate couldn't be made vegan. Nice but limited options.

Ok - Edit
Had a brownie and a coffee, the coffee was nice but the vegan brownie was really bland unfortunately!

Mediocre at best - Edit
Hmm seems some people had a much better experience than we did. We went last weekend and asked what vegan options they had available. They just had one brownie, so we had that. Whilst the portion size was good, the brownie was really stale as if it had been sat there for days. It was a pretty cheap and shoddy version of a brownie without much care put into it. Shame that we didn't have as good of an experience as others here - maybe they were just having an off day.

Cons: Only one vegan option, Brownie was stale

Cute flower decorated place - Edit
This is a perfect place for a date. The décor is full of flowers and the colour pink. I had the milk less milkshake. It had oreo, vegan brownie, coconut ice cream, and a soya milk coconut milkshake. It was really tasty! Would recommend 100%. It's their only vegan milkshake though. It was priced at 7 pounds.

Christmas Afternoon Tea - Edit
When my friends suggested afternoon tea for a Christmas treat I thought 'Oh god.... How am I going to do this one'. Side note... only 6 months on the vegan path. My friend said she looked into it and British Cupcakery do a vegan afternoon tea. Phew! I wasn't expecting the standard that I got though!! In almost all cases they mimicked the standard one to perfection. The only exception was the cheesecake but instead I got a lovely donut and brownie. Mmmmmmmm! Devine!

Great afternoon tea - Edit
Booked a week in advance for vegan, nut free, chocolate free afternoon tea and the staff and chefs couldn't have gone out of their way more to make sure we were happy. The food was incredible and there was lots to bring home. The staff brought out my sister's cake on the afternoon tea with a candle for her birthday and there were multiple options for alternative milks. Highly recommend. My one suggestion for them would be there was no vegan butter served with the scones which would have been nice. All in all it was a great experience.

Sweet Dreams - Edit
I'm not one for cakes but my wife is so we visited recently whilst out on the quayside and ordered a raspberry crumble to share and an Americano. I must admit the raspberry crumble was delicious and I would definitely recommend. The staff are very friendly too. My wife has also visited for vegan afternoon tea with friends and thoroughly enjoyed it, although she did have to book this in advance . Luckily she brought some of it home so I got to sample it too and it was excellent. This included sandwiches consisting of vegan cheese and caramelised onion, curried vegetable, vegan cranberry cheese with cranberry sauce and hummus and roasted red peppers. Desserts included raspberry crumble, chocolate chip scone and brownie, red velvet cup cake and plain scones with jam and margarine.

Not happy. - Edit
Specifically went here because it said it had vegan cake options, however when I arrived I was told they didn't have any. The server did not apologise, or offer to try and find me a different option (even ask if I would have liked a drink instead), and simply asked the person next to me what they wanted. Do not advertise that you serve vegan cake if there's not going to be at least one option, and certainly do not be rude to customers.
