Attentive

Several vegan or vegan adaptable menu items. Chef came out to explain options for dealing with gluten free addition to vegan requirement…..3 or 4 options from all day breakfast to salary type dishes. All in an independent laid back atmosphere. There is also a small stage and I understand they have live music. Whilst not mind blowing, it is a very nice find and deserves success.

Pros: Vegan options in a bit of a desert, Independent, laid back vibe, Attentive servers and chef

Great independent cafe

Lovely vegan options including cake and hot chocolate. The loaded fries with hummus is my favourite.

Yummy but needs more vegan options

I've been 3 times now. On the last 2 occasions there was only vegan flapjack for dessert. Could do with more vegan options for mains.

Amazing

What a beautiful place to be! Atmosphere is so calm and relaxing! Wheelchair friendly also. Though not completely vegan they do a great selection of drinks and food to cater towards gluten free, vegan and vegetarian!

Pros: Good range of vegan food/drink, Disabled friendly, Great atmosphere

Cons: Gets busy fast, Minimum spend of £5 for card (cashpoint next door)

Vegan options including cakes

I was in Wellington, Shropshire and checked my Happy Cow app for help. Nothing in this town I saw, I will just have to go to Holland & Barratt (UK health store chain) and get a snack. Luckily, as I turned onto Duke Street I spotted a vegan friendly looking cafe. There were several vegan options, salads, soups, baked potato and I opted for the avocado bagel which was highly tasty. On the day I went there was a choice of lemon cake, blueberry muffin or almond and raspberry, which I went for the latter. I also had a chai tea made with soya milk (other plant milks like coconut) were available too.
This cafe was opened towards the end of 2017 and has an area for music, talks and other events.
The service was friendly and I was happy in there.

Pros: Vegan cake, Lovely environment, Friendly staff

Cons: A little on the pricey side for a non rich town, Not a vegan only cafe which would be great!
