This place is perfect for some vegan comfort food, it’s has everything on the menu from Mac and cheese to burgers to a Sunday roast, would recommend and would come back.

Lovely staff and nice relaxed come as you are vibe, you might stick to the table but you wont care because the food is absolutely bangin !
Read morePortions are big you will leave very very full. We got the chikn and waffles, best savoury waffles we have had. Mac and cheese, with garlic ciabbata, cooked to perfection, soft and juicy, the mac was really good, not too strong in terms of the cheese flavour. We also got the minty lamb burger which was really tasty.
The Butterscotch Milkshake was worth getting, yum.
Chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice cream is an absolute must !!!

Cosy traditional atmosphere , you feel right at home , they host a variety of Events and live music too
Start to finish had Great service and I was first through the door from when it opened on Sunday eager to try the roast along with vegan Mac and cheese
Plus the chickn waffle dish was fab with added corn ribs
Couldn’t leave without dessert and was intrigued by the nachos that tasted like churros complete with their homemade ice cream
Worth Davi g room for and can’t not end on a sweet treat
Overall a fab meal and can’t recommend enough , more people need to know about
Plus dog friendly

The Mac and cheese wasn’t the best I’ve had, but otherwise all food was more than good for the price.
They also have homemade ice creams and desserts, and specials every day.

Almost exactly halfway between my home in Dumbarton and my daughters in Ilford and with a Travelodge within 10 minutes walk it seemed the perfect place to break the journey.
Read moreI had a Nacho Burger and my wife had Mac & Cheese. Both were delicious and satisfying although she did leave room for some cake.
I washed mine down with a pint of Ron’s Comet Pale Ale brewed “out the back”!
Might have to stop off again on the way home!

Visited the Globe in Glossop for the first time today and it didn't disappoint. The homemade nut roast was great, but the warm chocolate fudge cake with coconut ice cream stole the show. It was too good to stop for a picture. Will definitely be back. 💚🌱

This was a lovely little vegan pub, and there is so much much choice on the menu. I went with the mac and cheese and it came with 2 slices of garlic bread, and it was only £8. Great portion size, so I thought the price was super reasonable.

The fully vegan menu at The Globe is brilliant (and actually far larger than the one shown on their website) the service is fast, the place is friendly, and the food is super cheap! Such good value for money. We tried loads of dishes and enjoyed everything, especially the desserts. Can't wait to go again!

I stayed at an Airbnb in Hyde and discovered this nearby spot. The food was really good for the price, and they had a vegan stew after the pub quiz, although we didn't try it. Instead, we went for the burger and OMG, the sticky toffee pudding was a delightful surprise. I hadn't had it in years since going vegan! This place is a must-visit for sure. 😊

Like a home away from home, a safe and accepting space for everyone and anyone, with a gorgeous menu, the homemade vegan ice-cream and milkshakes are AMAZING and you have to try to chilli hot dog rolls!

I love this place. Lovely staff, great beers and fabulous menu. Chips are genuinely hands cut not from a bag and the hot dog roll is to die for. To top it all, it's incredibly good value. I wish they did rooms so we could stay over 😭

Whenever people visit us we're always excited to introduce them to The Globe, what makes it wonderful is that, in a way, it's not that special, the food isn't a mystical fusion menu, it's not fancy though not is it the standard vegan "junk food" fare, instead it's pub food, except it's all vegan and it's incredibly reasonably priced. In a way this is what I'd hope the true future of vegan food could be, the kind of food you'd expect to find in any pub across the country, except it's all vegan. That's what makes The Globe so special to me. Plus the staff are lovely.
