A lovely surprise - Edit
The vegan starter: a watermelon salad with spelt is absolutely delicious. We warned them that we are vegan when we booked and they offered us three vegan mains: Katsu Curry, Vegetable Bake, and Vegetable Stir-fry. Both the bake and the curry were very enjoyable. We also had two choices for vegan dessert: berry mousse and sorbet although the mousse was served with sorbet. The mousse itself was a bit bland but the sorbet rounded it out nicely. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the porridge served at the breakfast buffet is vegan. #Veganuary
