Lovely setting, lots of vegan choices - Edit

We sat in the conservatory, really pretty surroundings and lovely atmosphere. Dog friendly. Really friendly and helpful staff

Pros: Good choice of vegan options from the menu, Really helpful staff, the coleslaw was vegan too, Portion sizes are really good

Good Food, Nice Venue & Staff - Edit

Mediterranean styled restaurant with tiled floor in a glass house apparently home to the second oldest grape vine in the UK at almost 200 years old.

There were 2 vegan burgers - roast celeriac and veggie with the option of vegan cheese. The veggie pizza could also be ordered with vegan cheese.

Mushroom stroganoff was on the menu too.

The food was good quality and there was more than enough on the plate for anyone.

Dog friendly and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating.

If going out of season be sure to check opening times by calling.

Pretty nice - Edit

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of vegan options on the menu, including foods I'd never even heard of which was really exciting. Most of the vegetarian food also had vegan options, which was great for me as a vegan cheese lover. I ordered a veggie burger which came with 2 huge patties and was smothered in really melty 'cheese'. The whole meal was absolutely huge and great value for money, and they even offered me vegan substitutes for sauces. They offered oat milk drinks too which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were friendly too. The venue itself was very pretty too which is always a bonus

Surprise find - Edit

Filey traditionally isn’t great for vegans so was genuinely surprised to find this place. Vegan options on menu and staff were confident in answering our questions. We genuinely didn’t expect the lasagne to be vegan but it clearly had non-dairy cheese. Similarly with the mushroom stroganoff with had non-dairy sauce. The portions were ample and the food piping hot. Service was prompt and polite. The place is airy and spacious. Throughly recommend.
