Cozy little second storey cafe - Edit
We had the soy steak bowl which comes with a yummy sauce, red rice, and salad. It also had a small soup on the side. They have soy milk but the coffee is pretty mid. Also a few vegan desserts. Good prices too.

Vegan options with a lot of vegetables, which are sometimes hard to find in Japan ! It will maybe not fill you for the full day even though the portions are good.
