Great Vegan Options - Edit
Seeing as there's not a lot of vegan options in Marfa, it's great to find at least a few staples to make wherever you are staying. We found vegan pizza to make at the Airbnb to avoid the Planet Marfa upcharge for Daiya.

This was our one stop to get vegan foods for 3 meals. This store has a great selection of quality products and lots of organics. Highly recommend!

Well stocked local grocery - Edit
Well stocked local grocery with a range of high quality basics, fresh fruit and veg, vegan butter, hummus, tofu and other veggie friggies inc. fake meat stuff, snacks. Friendly staff. Food is fancy—heirloom tomatoes, handmade chocolate, flavors of La Croix I've never seen anywhere else, that kind of thing. In short, it's very Marfan: less West Texas than what feels like an upmarket Brooklyn grocery store, staffed by West Texans, that happens to be in West Texas. Good place to do a mini-shop on a road-trip or for a picnic.
