No vegan roast on sundays - Edit
I had seen online that they offered a vegan Sunday roast so travelled there to try it - but it turns out that while they offer the ‘meat’ in vegan options, most of the sides are not vegan, making it only vegetarian.
Read moreI asked for the vegan cottage pie as an alternative but that wasn’t available either.
The only option was to have a pizza with a vegan option, and that lacked substantial toppings, meaning it was a big disappointment compared to the roast I had hoped for.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, Large venue with plenty of seating
Cons: Almost nothing for vegans on Sundays, Few vegan beers

I'm grateful for this pub in a Nottingham superb. They have gone out of their way to ensure a good range of vegan options. The cottage pie is massive and delicious
