garlic press is one of very few restaurants with a nice atmosphere and well rounded menu in midland. it’s one of even fewer that has at least 3 vegan options on the menu at all times. i enjoy the rotating menu so i can almost always try something new. the vegan primavera stays on the menu so it’s a staple you can always rely on. the menu is labeled very well so you always know which options are vegan. i love garlic press but i will add that being in midland the scales are tipped as the options for decent food are very limited.
