Not great for vegans - Edit
You can get hummus and veggies, but the “pita” is actually just bread that has milk and eggs unfortunately. The veggie burger is a patty made from mushrooms and cheddar, so not an option. There is a tofu dish that should be fine for vegans, so not all hope is lost!

the place is really cool and with a nice view from it. it's located on the rooftop of a hotel, 20 minutes walking from downtown, along the riverside (nice walk, even at night). they serve western food. they have some vegetarian options that can be made vegan such as the hummus and totu/vegetables something. just be clear about all the dietary restrictions. they speak English. a dish will cost around 50-60rmb.

Best veggie options in Yangshuo - Edit
China post covid is a hard place to travel if you are vegetarian and don't speak Chinese.

The Garden restaurant is part of the Bamboo Leaf hotel and was a real lifesaver for us. They have pastas, salads, burgers, hummus and pizza that are clearly marked at vegetarian.
The food is excellent quality and a reasonable price, with the staff also speaking good English. They are also easy to contact via email and responsed to me quickly when I had some questions. If you are vegan I'd recommend reaching out to them but I'm sure they will be able to accommodate.
Oh and the restaurant is on the 6th floor and has great views. The location is a not quite right on Google Maps or happy cow - it's about 8 mins walk from the pier that boats arrive at from Guilin. Easy to get to from Yangshuo town.

Great food, great location - Edit
A vegan friend and I wanted a safe option after travelling a lot in China. The veggie burger here was DELICIOUS, one of the best I’ve had in China. Really nice location overlooking the mountains and reasonably priced for how good the food is.

Great View With Your Food - Edit
Located on the 6th floor of the Bamboo Leaf hotel which is where we stayed. This place is lovely with a view of the hills and only a 20 minute walk from the town centre. We had the tofu with rice and stir fried noodles, the tofu dish was more like goulash, very tasty as was the noodle dish. We also had breakfast here, from the menu we got toast with jam & nutella, it comes with fresh juice and tea or coffee. Another breakfast we ordered the mediterrannean plate without feta and egg, the veggies were lovely. They also had a buffet breakfast with rosemary potatoes, broccoli, toast, muesli, coffee, juice, soy milk, a good selection for 60rmb. One lunchtime we had the hummus and a portion of fries, the hummus was freshly made and delicious it came with bread, carrot & cucumber. As there are not many choices in Yangshuo I thought this place was a good addition, the staff are friendly and their English is great.
