Tasty but pricey - Edit
Their options for gf food are pretty good but can be more limited regarding vegan. My biggest gripe is that their hours are super limited. Their pressed juices are absolutely delicious. Just wish the prices were more reasonable!

Surprisingly few vegan options here. Some times seem like they could be made vegan fairly easily. I had the vegan B&C which is jalapeno cornbread with a bean gravy and tempeh. It was disappointing - not enough jalapeño in the cornbread and and too much salt in the gravy. The sautéed veggies were drenched in oil. My daughter had the arugula field salad minus the Parmesan and left feeling hungry.

Go for juices not the food - Edit
Its a nice decor inside and a fresh feel. There aren't really any vegan options other than the acai bowl, vegan bahn mi, and biscuits and gravy. The vegan bahn mi isnt really parallel to the usual ingredients though. Its just some veggies in a baguette. I personally am not into spending on a fruit bowl when I go out to eat but if you fancy that, then they have that for you. If you're looking for a cute brunch area, this place is nice, but not much for vegans. I'd recommend their refreshing and local cold pressed juices however! They have have health smoothies they change up one in a while.

I had a juice and a vegan bahn mi that was fantastic. The service is excellent and there are a few tables outside so I could sit with my dog.

Not only is the location great for an afternoon out, but the food is simply and carefully prepared by a loving-family like staff. They don't have icons on their menu, this is true, but their ingredients are clearly stated out and they have made substitutions for me before. Great place!

Simple Food Prepared Well - Edit
Their menu doesn't have vegan/veg icons, which is a little disappointing. I've gotten their acai bowl (which the employee said was vegan), and it was great. I was with two omnivores and they both got it as well and really liked it. I've also gotten their garden toast (basically avocado toast) and it's great as well. I wouldn't say that the menu is mind-blowing, but it's a good place for simple food prepared well. I've gotten the Garden Gate juice several times, and I really like it even though I'm not huge into juicing.
