Decent Downtown Grub - Edit
The Garden of Eat'n can make vegan wraps, salads, and sometimes they'll have a vegan soup. They also have chips to go along with your wrap or salad.

Small selection but still good. - Edit
I'm not usually a huge fan of wraps but they are pretty awesome from this place. I have been here a few times and I have always been satisfied with my food. They offer a wrap that is a boca burger with mustard on it and its pretty dang good.
Pros: Cheap, Downtown
Cons: Not many veg options
