Eat Vegan in the Garden Kitchen - Edit
Thankfully I read the two initial reviews for this place. Although submitted a few years ago, we ploddled along to the Bewdley Museum. Hoorah! The Garden Kitchen was still there, belting out all sorts of food choices including vegan options. We chose to have the Falafel, Chutney & Beetroot as a panini and this was served alongside a dressed salad garnish. These were predictably delicious and were enthusiastically gobbled up alongside most welcome coffees. Whilst in the area, try and take advantage of the local Severn Railway steam engine rides…

Lucky find in the museum grounds - Edit
We found ourselves passing through Bewdley, this is a friendly place with clearly marked vegan options, we had vegan breakfasts and coffee and was tempted by a piece of lemon drizzle cake for later. Would definitely visit again.

A Must to Visit in Bewdley - Edit
After walking along the picturesque River Severn from Arley to Bewdley we needed to find somewhere for lunch in this town unfamiliar to us. Once again Happy Cow came up trumps.
Read moreThe Garden Kitchen is in a delightful location within Bewdley Museum. We could almost sense that we wouldn't regret our choice of venue as we walked through the charming passageway to the eatery via the tourist information centre.
On enquiring what the vegan options were we were introduced to the 'resident vegan' staff member who kindly described the several options of the day.
We chose the celeriac, apple and leek pie with accompanying vegetables, all cooked al dente. Delicious.
I didn't see any indoor seating area - there were some open-air tables but we chose the large three-sided gazebo which, although it was sunny, entirely sheltered us from the cold wind.
Apart from the food it was the efficiency, knowledge and attentiveness of the staff that clinched this place as a must to visit again.
Pros: Several vegan choices. Friendly helpful staff.
Cons: I don't know what it's like in cold weather

Wow! Thanks for this fantastic comment. As for cold weather, we are currently working on an indoor area - check us out next month!
