Tasty meals, small portions - Edit
I was stoked to see a wholly vegan Cafe situated right on the Esplanade in Hervey Bay. The coffees were really nice, possibly some of the best I have had in South East QLD. The bagels were super tasty as well, my favourite was the 'Sloppy Joe' closely followed by the 'Classic'. The 'Avo Go' is a must try if you're coming here. Matt (the owner) has done really well here, I'm very impressed. My reason for leaving the cafe 4 stars is because the portion size doesn't quite match the price. I think $10 would be a more reasonable price for the bagels as they are on the smaller side. Each time I ate there I had to eat seconds and on my more active days, thirds to feel satisfied. I'm quite literally a giant, so if you have a smaller build you may be satisfied after just one serving. For me however, 2-3 servings equal over $30 just for the food. Add a coffee on top of that. So I think for me, it's a tad expensive and that's why I'm reluctant to eat here often. It is a great spot for vegan travellers seeking a tasty treat while on the road.

My partner and I had the avo on toast and the Mac daddy. Best avo on toast I’ve ever had! Little bit of spice, creamy and you know it’s good for you. Every little detail was delicious. Service was so friendly and helpful, great values and helpful local tips.

Good Homemade Vegan Food - Edit
We stopped here for breakfast over the Christmas holidays for lunch and had the “Cheesy Veganmite Turmeric Toast” & the “Cheesus Burger” it was great to have a homemade paddy and cashew cheese! So much better than that awful vegan cheese you can buy at the supermarkets. Will dine here again in the future!!

Really inviting menu in a small bit spacious cafe. We had the Acai smoothie, Warrior Smoothie both were extremely yummy. These we enjoyed with a Buddha Burger and Nacos. Both meals were fresh, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

Great food in Hervey Bay - Edit
Loved this place, not far from the heart of Hervey Bay. Great friendly and attentive staff. Has a nearby art and craft store which is worth a look also. We had the Buddha burger which was one of the better bean type patties I’ve come across, wasn’t pasty like some other versions. The magic mushrooms with the additional cashew cheese was really yummy. But the surprise came from the side salad, I wasn’t expecting too much, but it was incredible. This for me is a must try. It was a rice salad with other veggies drizzled the cheeze sauce and a mock sour cream sauce. I wanted to take a photo of it but disappeared shortly after the first mouthful.

A beautiful little gem of a place. The food was delicious. We ordered the nachos, smashed avo and magic mushroom dishes, they were all equally delicious and filling. Highly recommend and certainly somewhere we would visit again when in town.

The quality is really outstanding. Everything is fresh and full of flavours. You can see that there is real passion behind it. The reason why I only give 4 and not 5 stars is because they serve the smoothie bowls in plastic containers even if you’re not having them for takeaway.

We ate our way through the entire menu and it was well worth it! You must try the veganmite toast, magic mushrooms or any burger. The waffles are a perfect sweet breakfast treat. Everything is fresh and made in-house with love. Coffee is amazing. Staff and owner are super friendly, have the biggest hearts.

Found this place on a one night stop over. Went for breakfast and was very impressed! Great selection of coffee, smoothies, bowls and meals. Hemp smoothie is life! Rustic avo on sourdough was delicious! My partner had the waffles and is still raving about them! Also eco friendly. Definitely recommend and will come back if we’re anywhere close to Hervey Bay!

Really enjoyed my smashed avocado. Friendly service and a good choice of foods. Beautiful location near to the sea. The directions in Google and Apple maps took me to the wrong location. It is at 399 Charlton Esplanade, 40m north of Tavistock St. I have submitted an updated location so this should be corrected soon.

We ordered 3 meals and loved all of them (even the meat-eaters of the group). Super tasty and nutritious. We had the Buddha Burger, Cheesus Burger and the Mexican Bowl. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Will be back again!

A little disappointing - Edit
Been travelling in Australia for 2 1/2 weeks and this was the first place where the service wasn’t warm and friendly. That first impression may have set the mood for my eating experience.
