Tasty Lunch - Edit
We had a lovely lunch here, very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Several vegan options. We had the Mushroom Stack. Also dog friendly, gets busy as it is popular but they will accommodate you, even if you have to wait a little while.

The pancakes were light and fluffy and the whole brunch was a delight. The cappuccino with coconut milk was great.

A Lovely Find! - Edit
I often go over to the IOW for a day’s cycling and search each time for somewhere that offers good vegan food. Until now it’s always been a bit disappointing (apart from the wonderful Tansy’s Pantry ☺️). But thanks to the Happy Cow app I found the Freshwater Coffee House. Ok it’s not 100% vegan but it provides a lot of vegan options with a great standard of both taste and presentation.
Read moreTFCH also has great ethics. It supports sustainability, re-use and recycling. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and I was delighted to see that the place was very busy on a mid week lunchtime out of season.
Highly recommended.
