Fresh Market is great if you’re rolling in dough, or a stickler for high quality produce. The prices tend to be ridiculous but sometimes you have $10 burning a hole in your pocket and you just need an heirloom tomato or a box of giant strawberries.
Read moreEach time I go there are more vegan surprises and sometimes they’re even on sale! I tend to shop late and they seldom run out of anything.
Nice flowers, but the plants tend to be suspect (branches in dirt without roots). Herbs are ok.
Pros: Nice fruit and veg, Usually empty, Loud classical music
Cons: Prices ridiculous, Decomposition smell from fish dept, No vegan deli items

The staff here is always really nice and helpful. Their prices are a little more pricey though

There's a wide variety of produce, 1/4 of which is organic. There's a self-serve salad bar that includes quinoa, falafel and edamame. The deli salad bar has several vegan salads. The bulk section has nuts, berries and chips. There are plant-based milks, yogurts, cheeses and ice creams. There are Beyond Meat products, kombuchas, other probiotics, and vegan frozen meals. There are many other vegan groceries in the aisles.
