Beautiful setting but unimaginative vegan offerings

Having a few offerings was great but some takeaway savouries would have been great eg sausage rolls, pasties, sandwiches. Toppings for jackets could have been more interesting.

Pros: Vegan soup, cakes, biscuits and shakes, Beautiful setting, near fabulous walks

Cons: Limited vegan savouries, Disappointing jacket potato fillings

Have you got the right place? I’m a regular here and have never known them to serve jacket potatoes? Only really a cake and coffee place 😊

What a find

Had a lovely coffee and creamed coconut vegan cake… delicious. Lots of vegan options although quite a lot were sold out.

Great Vegan Find

A lovely find in beautiful surroundings, next door to The Great Wood. A wonderful surprise to find out they do many vegan options.They serve cakes, cookies and sorbets, amongst other things. I tried the lemon cookie and it was a small cookie for the price but so sweet and indulgent any more would have been too much.

Pros: Lovely staff, Beautiful surroundings/big car park, Lovely cakes/cookies

Cons: Expensive , Not much outdoor seating

Cute place

Cute little place, very good vegan options! Good prices, it’s great you can bring your dog also, but get very busy and not much seating.

Tasty Vegan Options Available

Recently opened cafe (Summer 2018), set in beautiful surroundings just outside of Great Wood, with a very welcoming feeling to it. The staff were very welcoming and dogs welcome.

Had a fantastic toasted sandwich (grilled aubergine, roasted garlic jam, salad and pine nuts) with an oat milk latte and a chocolate cookie for desert.
