We are very happy to support a pub that is offering good vegan and vegetarian options. We’ve just had a fantastic meal at the Fox. Vegan starter of crispy sprouts was delicious followed by vegan (banana blossom) fish and chips and mushy peas. A lovely sorbet for dessert. A delicious, beautifully cooked and presented meal. Fantastic service by staff who really seemed to care about getting things spot on for a vegan diet. We will be going back !

They have a vegan/vegetarian menu. This isn't labelled individually but some things have vegan in the description.
Read moreThe main option is the Vegan fish and chips. I believe this is made with banana blossom. The chips are tripled cooked and are wonderful!
Food took a little while to arrive but is obviously all cooked fresh and worth the wait.
Starter wise, I assume the hummus is vegan but I did not have it or ask about it.
Desserts wise, they have vegan vanilla ice cream but didn't have enough room left for this!
Portions were very generous too! Would definitely visit again. The pub is cosy too!
