Amazing vegan food! If you ask for it…

Like many places in Malta, the menu is very meat heavy, but The Fork and Cork will make amazing vegan options if you ask for it. While not on the menu, we had a five course vegan tasting menu last night that included a tomato watermelon tart, asparagus salad, insanely good fresh pasta with eggplant, lemon and salmon, king oyster mushrooms with tofu, and a coconut milk pan a cotta. So good!
