As told in the description, the main attraction is "The Vegan" with homemade cashew cheese curds and mushroom gravy with scallions and microgreens. The menu is entirely customizable with the build-your-own option. They often have freshly made cold teas and lemonades- today's was a prickly pear lemonade. They have a loyalty card that gets you a free poutine after 9 punches, and I filled up mine solely on The Vegan.

I got “The Vegan” and it was absolutely delicious. The mushroom gravy and curds were mind blowing. Honestly devastated that I live 3 hours away.

Vegan Poutine - Edit
Poutine restaurant with a labeled vegan poutine option. The dish is tasty and very filling! I haven’t tried it but you could easily customize as well.
