Very NOT Awesome - Edit
Not even their buns are Vegan! And the cashier seemed to have no idea what Vegan meant. Things aren't clearly labeled and they upcharge you.

Awesome Vegan Hotdogs & Vegan Cheese - Edit
We stopped in at The Flying Elbow which is a WWE wrestling-themed hotdog joint. They offer a vegan hot dog option!
Read moreWe ended up talking to the chef/owner and told him we were vegan. We chose a hotdog that had Doritos as a topping and he specifically came out of the busy kitchen to alert us that he'd be changing up the Dorito topping to a vegan Dorito. He also makes a nacho cheese that is potato/carrot based.
Excellent food!
We ordered the 3:16 Chili Dog and Nature Boy Hot Dog. Both were excellent
Pros: vegan option , chef/owner totally cares!
Cons: lack of options- just a hotdog/cheese
