Bonito lugar para pasear, ver vegetales y luego pararte a comer comida casera con sus productos recolectados

Farmageddon For The Food

This mini pilgrimage out into the desert was a full year in the making. Having missed the last opening season, I was almost giddy at the prospect of finally getting into here, whilst also slightly trepidatious as I feared it wouldn’t live up to my expectations. I needn’t have worried.
With the produce that goes into the dishes on offer having travelled mere metres, the freshness was unquestionable, and the flavours of every single thing I had were spectacular. I couldn’t get enough of what was on offer, litres of pumpkin soup were consumed, enough pumpkin parcels and olive fatayer to sink a ship were devoured, and an unreasonable amount dips, salads and breads were inhaled. However, the main victim of my gluttony was the vegetables in tahini sauce, what an absolute winner of a dish this was.
Though it was a bit of schlep to get there, it was well worth the travel and it’s a journey a will no doubt be repeating very soon.
