Wonderful vegan/vegetarian food! - Edit
We've eaten a couple of times at this little food truck, which means either eating in your car, taking it home, or sitting on the grass. That being said, the food is great! I especially like Amy's quesadilla, which has black beans, fried mushrooms and onions, sun dried tomatoes, and homemade Veganaise in a wonderful whole wheat wrap.They have lots of salads, soups, chili, weekly specials, and use locally produced breads and vegetables. They're vegan, vegetarian as a lot of dishes use cheese, and can do gluten-free too. Prices range from $5.-9.00. The chef is very friendly too and will adapt to your taste. For a quick delicious takeout meal, this place is highly recommended!
