Disappointed - Edit
The black bean burger is made with egg as a binder, so it cannot be made vegan.
Read moreThe risotto is listed as the only dinner item that can be made vegan upon request. This is what I ordered.
It was so hungry and so excited for this dish. Unfortunately this was one of the worst things I've ever put in my mouth. I ate 2 spoonfuls then attempted to get my waitresses. She avoided the table.
....I sadly ate the leftover crumb snacks from my purse...
When she did come back to the table she was unsurprised that I hated the dish; she even said "I tried to warn you that it's better with cream".
Vegans, don't bother.
Vegetarians if you don't mind a heavy serving of milk/cream/cheese to flavor the dish go for it.
What a waste, $70 for dinner that was so bad I would rather eat the crumbs from my purse and service so poor that I actually did end up doing this.

Slow service and so so freshness - Edit
We stopped for lunch and ordered a tofu sandwich and a farmers salad. The salad was a handful of greens with a few pieces of veggie on top and a bunch of croutons. The tofu was thin, overly cooked and served on a fairly dry flatbread of some type. Not going back.

Cute bistro but limited options - Edit
I had the tofu pita. It comes with sauce and cheese. They were out of the black bean burger. Those were the only options.

Dinner - Edit
Nice atmosphere. Not many vegan options, had a vegetarian dish with rice, mushrooms, and spinach. The sauce was too rich and too cheesy, actually got tummy ache. What they called a green Chile stew was actually a veggie soup. Not impressed.
