Great breakfast/lunch options - Edit
Several breakfast breads are vegan, and there are a variety more that are gluten free. Breakfast options include open face bagel, breakfast burrito, or breakfast scramble. Lunch offers some delicious sandwiches, the bahn mi being a personal favorite. Awesome staff and the environment is spot on. You can get some work done or simply take it all in.

They have a few breads. Banana bread with chocolate. And pumpkin bread. GF. Plus, they have hummus in place of cream cheese. Nice environment. Friendly people.

Long wait but solid vegan options - Edit
The drinks are pretty average and the vegan breakfast burrito was great! Lots of vegan and gluten-free bakery options, but ask them to warm them up because they were a bit hard. It was a long wait for the burrito.

Thanks for the review Erin! Glad you enjoyed the burrito :). Our wait times can be a tad longer than usual since everything is made to order and not pre-made. We do try to always recommend the vegan/gf bakery items heated up help moisten the pastry up a bit. Sorry if that wasn't the case :/. We'd love for you to stop in again and try another pastry- the vegan/gf blueberry lemon loaf is our FAV.

Great Spot - Edit
This is a go to brunch spot for the weekend! I tried the oat milk latte with everything bagel sandwich and let me tell you, the bagels are amazing! so much flavor with the homemade hummus and piled high with fresh veggies makes for a filing, but light option that had me full for hours. Also tried the mimosa flight with a piece of their raspberry lemon loaf. 10/10 will be going back!

We had the vegan scramble and the vegan burrito. BOTH are delicious and the portions were huge. 100% will make this a regular stop in Colorado Springs.

More than a coffee shop! - Edit
Big menu of food with lots of vegan options, plus baked sweet breads and cookies with vegan goodness. Great quick stop with lots of seating and a vegan chocolate chip cookie as big as my head!

Great food, great coffee - Edit
I tried the tofu banh mi sandwich and their special, a jackfruit pulled pork sandwich with Sriracha coleslaw. They were both very good but the pulled pork was amazing. I ordered a decaf caramel coconut milk latte that was just delicious. They have a double chocolate banana bread that is vegan and gluten-free, very tasty. For a $2 up charge you can get some really good hand-cut french fries with your meal it is well worth it. Several vegan offerings and a few more of that can be veganized easily.

Awesome spot - Edit
I love coming here to eat and drink coffee and read, they often have live music and there are plants everywhere and comfy seating. Usually a few vegan and gluten free baked goods options and the vegan food is really good.
