Just spoke with owner. There is butter in the crust. NONE of the empanadas are vegan.

Pretty good empanadas… - Edit
I have been to this shop a couple of times now and their vegan choices are quite delicious. They offer a “lentil and potato” and a “sweet potato” option which are both good. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed. It’s worth a try.
