New owners and menu

Great food! Lots of veganisable options, including vegan schnitzel. Staff understand veganism. No vegan dessert on menu but was able to get a delicious sorbet on request. Fantastic vegan options for such a small town.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Friendly staff

Cons: Not fully vegan

Vegan veggie burger

2 options vegan burger and vegan paella.
Burger was filling. Gave away one of the patties. It only needed one. Chips were nice & crunchy.

:((

Ate here recently, it is under new ownership as of this year, vegan options now quite limited, and unfortunately we are not 100% confident that the vegan paella that we ordered was actually vegan, the chef apparently denied this however we were not able to speak to chef in person. Could be wrong of course. Otherwise, a very pleasant place to enjoy a meal.

Pros: Friendly Service, Nice Atmosphere, Modern interior

Cons: Limited Vegan options, Massive Servings

Looks can be decieving

This place looks like veganism would be a completely alien concept, but it's not. When we ate there, there were two vegan mains (clearly marked) on the menu, and the staff could also advise which of the drinks were vegan.

I had a lentil and sweet potato curry, which was inexpensive, tasty, and generously portioned, and followed up with churros, served with soy ice-cream (not on the menu but they offered it). The staff clearly understood veganism (and other dietary requirements by the look of it - they are very gluten-free friendly), and I felt very confident about what they were serving me.

Pros: Knowledgeable staff
