Poor choice and food - Edit
Went to Electric recently and when ordering was informed that the vegan fish and chips wasn't available that day, so instead ordered the charred cauliflower. It was very poor and very expensive for what it was, would not recommend. Big change from prior visits when there was a broader range of very good options available.

Loads of vegan options. Menu has been revamped lately and includes loads of tasty asian options. Great place to go for cocktails and get a selection of food. Recommend the Mushroom Bao Buns and Veggie Gyozas!

Delicious vegan fusion - Edit
We actually went to this location for the old listing of the vegan power plant. I looked forward to a vegan restaurant but unfortunately this part on the upper floor of electric closed down.
Read moreNevertheless, Electric did not disappoint! On a Friday evening we were very lucky to get the last table for 2 and the waiters were very attentive. They introduced themselves personally and they communicated amongst themselves that we should only get vegan food. That reassured me. The vegan dishes we ordered were the sharing platter of asparagus and greens. Delicious but a bit of a small portion, nice to add some greens though. With the 2 of us we also got the 2 vegan bao buns and the vegan Japanese pancake. The latter was very filling, the buns were very tasty but would have been a small portion on its own.
Pros: Nice atmosphere
Cons: Vegan not indicated on menu but staff is, Knowledgeable, Best to book in advance
