Serves meat, vegan options available. Pub in the city with live music on Wednesdays, a pub quiz on Thursdays and jazz on Sundays. Known as the last country pub in the metro area. Has plenty of clearly labeled vegan choices such as chickpea & pumpkin curry, a pulled bbq jackfruit burger, garlic bread, deep fried mac & cheese and more. On March 18, 2017 they started offering a new extensive vegan menu which will be the main focus of the pub, with omnivores having a separate small menu available. Located a short walk from the Sydney CBD. The building has been historically restored; boasts open fireplaces, wooden floors with copper nails, draught beer, food and pub snacks in addition to accommodations in the old-fashioned country tradition.
