They were friendly & helpful as soon as I walked in. They even gave me a complimentary bonus vegan donut with my order. I wanted the chocolate with custard originally but they didn’t have any. He offered to fill it with custard & it was amazing!!! Definitely a must!!!

Vegan options EVERYDAY - Edit
Currently still open 24/7 but only 5 people in at a time and after a certain hour it’s delivery only. Staff sometimes is not the nicest due to them being busy all the time but can probably still do better. When ordering vegan TRIPLE check. Some of the staff members try to go so fast they mishear you. However don’t let any of that stop you because hotdog these are the best vegan donuts.

So glad there is a donut shop that has vegan choices. And it’s open 24 hours a day. Huge selection. Never seen so many donuts in the afternoon. Most donut shops close in the afternoon or have just a few left. Delicious donuts. My non vegan family couldn’t tell the difference with the vegan donuts.

This donut shop is an hour and twenty minutes away from my house, but the variety of fancy donuts makes it worth the drive, and the fact that it’s open 24 hours means I can go any time the mood strikes. In contrast to other donut stores that offer vegan options, the choices here aren’t limited to a few cake donuts. The apple fritters, vanilla bean malasadas, and raspberry jelly-filled are especially good. There are also several cake options, cinnamon rolls, etc. that are also uniformly delicious. The staff informed me that they bake during the afternoon and overnight, so keep that in mind for freshness.

I’ll be one to say I’m not a big fan of donuts; generally they are just too sweet and fried for my taste buds. But the maple long john was actually enjoyable. The other donuts I got were okay... I usually prefer soft sugar donuts, these were a little more on the hard and cakey side.

They have 10-15 vegan donut options and I lived within walking distance of here for over a year. You can see why this was a problem but also not a problem. This place is delicious, donuts are soft and tasty. I will not up this place next time I'm back in HB, I miss it.

They have vegan and GF options. I had a giant vegan coconut donut with coffee, hubby had a ham & cheese croissant w/ iced coffee, toddler vanilla donut with chocolate milk. Everybody was happy with the quality of the food.

These are the best vegan donuts I've had hands down. Our non-vegan boy who is super picky wanted these for his birthday and yes- we drove over an hour each way just to get these doughnuts for his party. If they make vegan long John doughnuts with custard in the future I'm going to bring a tent and just stay there. There's a pretty good selection of vegan doughnuts available. Try them!

I am now addicted to the PB&J donut. It has a ton of jelly and I have become a fan of the vegan apple fritters! (they taste exactly like their counterparts) I never liked fritters since I thought they were too oily, but these are like large crispy hand held pies. The variety here is fantastic and has grown over the years. Both cake and raised donuts have vegan flavors. The owners have been on the veggie food festival circuit showcasing new flavors like the pistachio or pumpkin donuts. Everything I've tried is amazing and even non-vegans will agree. I'm a regular here, and only get the vegan donuts now, unless I'm getting some more for others.

Read moreI must say these vegan donut versions taste EXACTLY like the regular/traditional versions as I had remembered them. So, if you are craving regular donuts, these vegan ones will do the trick.
That said, these were too sugary for me.

I remembered seeing the vegan section before I became vegan but didn't really pay attention. One night when my family and I were looking for a way to appease our sweet tooth, it hit me! The Donuttery had vegan donuts! We've gone a few times and my son loves the blueberry donuts. Last night we ordered our favorites and the blueberry were still warm! The girl behind the counter asked if we were all vegan and we said yes. She said how awesome that was and when I told her we might want to get another warm blueberry, she gave us a free one instead! Great service, great selection! Go check them out!

You walk in and the store is brightly lit, clean, organized, and spacious. Like all good doughnut places, they're 24 hours and we arrived at 3 AM, so the wafting aroma of freshly made doughnuts always makes for almost a sensual experience.
Read moreI have to say I was a little disappointed that it wasn't all vegan as I thought it was, but nine options is a good start even if they're on the bottom. Be forewarned that they are all cake donuts and not glazed or something more exotic, but wouldn't you know the bacon topped maple eclairs are on the top shelf. Hierarchy.
I have never had vegan doughnuts before and I have to say they are a little denser than regular cake donuts, but many vegan versions of deserts are. Reasonably priced at $7.89 a baker's dozen, they are definitely worth a try. The vegan doughnuts have a butteriness that's not like regular doughnuts, but it suits it as well as the smooth frosting, yummy chopped peanuts, or crunchy coconut. "It's an authentic comfort donut" as my friend says.
I have to admit I did try a non-vegan doughnut that I highly recommend. The strawberry doughnut! So good! I want another one right now just thinking about it! They have other cool flavors like red velvet, carrot cake, pecan queen, and cronuttery, but unfortunately, those flavors are non-vegan options.
