Several choices - Edit
When I went it was very busy and very noisy. There are several vegan choices on the menu. I only went for a quick bite and took the jacked potatoe with beans. Basic level. Pub food.

Cheap & basic - Edit
Spoons is good for a cheap meal with meat-eating friends/family. The label is clearly labelled with vegan options. We had the vegan burgers here, they were super basic but the patties were really good. It was good for the price!
